Lenders Compete: Reverse Auction
Instead of you shopping lenders, lenders shop you. How it will work:
1. You post your target numbers — balance, current rate, and the rate that would make refinancing pay off (your break-even from this app).
2. Participating lenders see the numbers, never your identity, and bid to beat your target.
3. You compare the bids in the Offer Vault and reveal yourself only to the lender you choose.

Individual-to-Borrower Lending
Some borrowers fund their refinance through individual investors on regulated peer-lending platforms — often an option when banks say no or price high.
Not live yet: peer lending is a regulated activity that requires a licensed platform partner — RefiFastCalc will never broker loans itself. Your tap counts interest for the partnership decision.
