The Service is operated by NestCalc.ai LLC dba RefiFastCalc.com ("RefiFastCalc.com," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

RefiFastCalc.com is a free refinance analysis tool. You enter your current loan terms and the terms of an offer you are considering; the Service calculates refinance metrics (break-even point, monthly savings, lifetime-interest comparison, and related figures) and renders a summary.

The Service is free to use. There are no fees, no recurring charges, and no paid tiers. There are no user accounts; the Service is used anonymously.

The Service does not require account creation, sign-up, or login to use. Calculations and analyses are scoped to your device. We do not store your loan inputs on our servers.

You may share your own results with your own counterparties (lenders, brokers, family) but you may not redistribute the Service's format, methodology, or branding as your own work product.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law if that amount is lower.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also block access from any user who violates these Terms.
