NestCalc.ai LLC dba RefiFastCalc.com ("RefiFastCalc.com," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company. We operate RefiFastCalc.com (the "Service"), a refinance analysis tool.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, what we don't collect, and how the data that flows through the Service is handled.

3.1 Loan Inputs

When you use the calculator, you enter loan parameters such as your current balance, interest rate, remaining term, the terms of the offer you are considering, and closing costs. These inputs are used to compute your refinance metrics on your device. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. If this changes in a future version (for example, anonymized retention to improve the Service), this policy will be updated first.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service retrieves published national-average benchmark rates from FRED® (Federal Reserve Economic Data), a public data service of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. That request carries only what is needed to fetch the published series — an API key that identifies the app (not you) and the name of the rate series. It does not include your loan inputs, your results, or anything else you enter; those stay on your device as described above. When further providers are added (for example, web hosting), each will be listed here with what it receives, before launch.

6. Device and Browser Storage

The Service uses on-device storage (and browser local storage on the web) to preserve your inputs and preferences during and between sessions, so you don't lose your work. This data lives on your own device and is never transmitted to our servers. Clearing your device or browser storage will remove it.

7. Data Retention

Because loan inputs are processed on your device and not transmitted to us, we retain no copy of them on our servers.

8. Your Rights

You may at any time request a copy, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting support@nestcalc.ai. We honor verified requests within a reasonable time. If you are a California resident or in the EU/UK, we will honor CCPA and GDPR access and deletion rights on a best-effort basis through the same address.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact support@nestcalc.ai and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service's homepage.
