Should You Refinance Your Business Loan?
Business-purpose debt, analyzed on its own terms — break-even month, monthly savings, and total cost.
This page is for business-purpose borrowers — an operating loan, an equipment note, a commercial or investment-property mortgage. Enter the current balance, rate, and remaining term, then the terms of the offer in front of you. You will see the new payment, the monthly difference, the month the costs are recovered, and the lifetime cost of each path. Business-purpose loans are analyzed separately from consumer loans here, and the two are never mixed.

When is a business-purpose refinance worth it?
Business-purpose borrowing sits under a different set of rules than consumer borrowing, and the protections and disclosures a consumer loan carries do not automatically apply. That is why this page keeps the two apart. The math, though, is the same math: the new payment is computed on the balance you carry now, at the rate and term you are being offered, and the question is whether the monthly saving recovers the cost of the refinance before the term runs out — and what the whole loan costs when it does. A refinance that improves cash flow every month and costs more over its full life is a real trade, not a mistake. RefiFastCalc shows you both sides of it and leaves the decision where it belongs.

How the math works
The calculator compares your current loan against the offer you are considering. Monthly savings is your current payment minus the new payment. Break-even is your total refinance cost divided by that monthly saving, rounded up to the next whole month.
